Processing of personal data
We comply with the data safety and data protection regulations in force in the EU General Data Protection Regulation for the processing of personal data. Personal data is collected and processed for a specific, explicit and legitimate purpose in order to manage and develop the customer relationship. In addition, personal data is used for customer communication and information briefings, as well as for marketing communications.
The main sources of data are the registered parties themselves and our client companies. The personal data we process is such as the name, address, telephone number, email address, payment details, and other customer relationship management data of LashLovers Oy's customers and partners.
Cookies may be placed onto the customer's terminal. A cookie is a small text file that can be used to collect information about how an e-commerce service is used. So, for example, when and what e-commerce pages the customer has visited, from where has the customer arrived at the e-commerce store and which browser the customer is using. The information obtained through cookies is anonymous in nature, but it is possible to associate it with personal data received from the customer.
In Retargeting advertising, other web pages may also display products related to the customer’s behaviour on LashLovers Oy's e-commerce service. LashLovers Oy does not disclose information gathered through cookies to third-party marketing parties. Customers also have the option to disable cookies from their browser settings or to remove cookies after they have been online, however, this may have an impact on the utilization of the e-commerce service, and perhaps its entire functioning.
Disclosure of information
We may disclose some necessary information to third parties to ensure deliveries. The information is also communicated to the lending body in connection with credit decisions. Otherwise, according to the Regulation, personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except upon the legal requirement of authorities. Personal data is not transferred outside the EU and the European Economic Area.
The rights of registered parties
Registered parties have the rights to
- verify what data is stored in the register regarding them
- have access to the personal data contained in the register regarding them
- ask for their data to be corrected
- require the registry controller to delete any data relating to him
- transfer personal data to another registry controller
- request, under certain conditions, restriction of processing or opposition to the processing of their personal data
The request for verification must be made in writing, either by e-mail or by post, to the contact person of the registry controller.
Removal of data and retention period
LashLovers Oy will remove the customer data from the register when there is no longer any commercial basis for processing the data or if the person concerned requests LashLovers Oy to remove the data concerning them.
Orders will only be accepted through the online store (no telephone or e-mail orders). This will guarantee customers short delivery times, as well as the possibility to fully benefit from our reward system.
LashLovers® products are intended for professional use only. To order products from the LashLovers Oy online store, the customer must register in the store and during registration provide either a valid VAT number or proof of having attended an eyelash extension course of a well-known brand. Registration is free of charge. LashLovers Oy Ltd holds the right to refuse a registration.
ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME
The customer will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address that they have provided. LashLovers Oy Ltd reserves the right to refuse an order. The orders are typically processed no later than the following business day after receiving the order. Delivery time depends on the destination country and selected delivery method.
The customer has the right to cancel an order, if the delivery is delayed due to a reason caused by LashLovers Oy, by notifying LashLovers Oy of cancellation by email. LashLovers Oy Ltd reserves the right to cancel an order, in so far as the ordered product is sold out or if there are other insurmountable difficulties concerning its availability.
LashLovers Oy Ltd does not, in principle, grant product warranties for the professional products it provides. In regard to eyelash adhesives, it is expected that the user has become familiar with the user instructions before using the product. PRODUCT PRICE AND DELIVERY COSTS
The valid price is the price that is notified at the time the order is made. LashLovers Oy Ltd reserves the right to fix erroneously recorded prices. The prices include the currently valid VAT (where applicable). In accordance to the Cross-border VAT rule, if goods are sold and sent to a business in another EU country, VAT is not charged, granted that the customer has a valid VAT number.

The returned product must be unopened and unused, as well as in its sales condition.
If the customer cancels their order before the goods have already been sent, LashLovers Oy Ltd has the possibility to charge a reasonable compensatory amount for the costs for the money transfer and any inconvenience caused.
If the product has become broken or damaged during the postal delivery, the customer can return the product at no charge to the service provider as a customer return. The return must be accompanied by the customer's contact details, the reason for the return, as well as information as to whether the customer desires a new product or to cancel the trade, in regards to the ordered product. According to legislation from 2011, an online store is not obliged to automatically pay for the costs of customer returns.
SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
Disagreements arising from an order and agreement relationship presented here will be settled at Joensuu District Court.
