Current payment methods available for orders made outside of Finland are credit card payments (Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard) and PayPal.
DELIVERY METHODS (international orders)
The checkout page of our online store will list available delivery methods and prices for orders outside of Finland based on the ordered products and chosen delivery address.
Parcel Connect is the most inexpensive method for deliveries to many European countries. The delivery will be made either directly to recipient address or to a pick-up location based on the common practice in the receiving country. Estimated delivery times from the point of delivery leaving Finland are as follows:

Latvia: 1-2 work days
Lithuania: 2-3 work days
Germany: 3-4 work days
Sweden: 2-4 work days
Denmark: 3-4 work days
The Netherlands: 4-5 work days

Priority parcel is a worldwide delivery method. Tracking is available for most countries. The delivery will be made to the nearest pick-up location or in some countries directly to the recipient.
Estimated delivery times from the point of delivery leaving Finland are as follows: Nordic countries 3–5 work days, rest of Europe 3–7 work days, rest of the world 6–14 workdays.
Delivery directly to recipients address:
Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Great Britain,
Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and USA.
In other counties the delivery will be made to the nearest post office or pick-up location. The recipient will be notified once the parcel is available for pick-up. The use of a P.O. box address is not possible.
Express Mail Service (EMS) is available for deliveries to 190 countries. Tracking is always available and deliveries are made using the fastest possible routes. Delivery will be made directly to recipient address. The use of a P.O. box address is not possible. Estimated delivery times from the point of delivery leaving Finland are as follows: within EU 1-3 work days, rest of the world 2-8 work days.
Orders will only be accepted through the online store (no telephone or e-mail orders). This will guarantee customers short delivery times, as well as the possibility to fully benefit from our reward system.
LashLovers® products are intended for professional use only. To order products from the LashLovers Oy online store, the customer must register in the store and during registration provide either a valid VAT number or proof of having attended an eyelash extension course of a well-known brand. Registration is free of charge. LashLovers Oy Ltd holds the right to refuse a registration.
ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME
The customer will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address that they have provided. LashLovers Oy Ltd reserves the right to refuse an order. The orders are typically processed no later than the following business day after receiving the order. Delivery time depends on the destination country and selected delivery method.
The customer has the right to cancel an order, if the delivery is delayed due to a reason caused by LashLovers Oy, by notifying LashLovers Oy of cancellation by email. LashLovers Oy Ltd reserves the right to cancel an order, in so far as the ordered product is sold out or if there are other insurmountable difficulties concerning its availability.
LashLovers Oy Ltd does not, in principle, grant product warranties for the professional products it provides. In regard to eyelash adhesives, it is expected that the user has become familiar with the user instructions before using the product. PRODUCT PRICE AND DELIVERY COSTS
The valid price is the price that is notified at the time the order is made. LashLovers Oy Ltd reserves the right to fix erroneously recorded prices. The prices include the currently valid VAT (where applicable). In accordance to the Cross-border VAT rule, if goods are sold and sent to a business in another EU country, VAT is not charged, granted that the customer has a valid VAT number.

The returned product must be unopened and unused, as well as in its sales condition.
If the customer cancels their order before the goods have already been sent, LashLovers Oy Ltd has the possibility to charge a reasonable compensatory amount for the costs for the money transfer and any inconvenience caused.
If the product has become broken or damaged during the postal delivery, the customer can return the product at no charge to the service provider as a customer return. The return must be accompanied by the customer's contact details, the reason for the return, as well as information as to whether the customer desires a new product or to cancel the trade, in regards to the ordered product. Always contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to return of goods.
According to legislation from 2011, an online store is not obliged to automatically pay for the costs of customer returns.
SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
Disagreements arising from an order and agreement relationship presented here will be settled at Joensuu District Court.
